		<description>I like the natural world analogy. Just as in any viable species population one needs a varied gene pool to ensure diversity and a flexible response to unpredictable events. So hiring from one source is perhaps equivalent to inbreeding in the natural world with all the risks for future viability. Fortunately Alfresco has done a great job of hiring a diverse skill set from as we know ex Documentum, ex Interwoven and ex Vignette. Recently people have joined with Filenet, OpenText, Hummingbird and even SharePoint experience. It would seem Alfresco is able to attract converts from all parts of the ECM world.</description>
