Vincent,

Thanks for alerting me to this. There is indeed a third appendix that was left out by the publisher. The appendix contains installation instructions and a section on AMPs. I'll post the missing Appendix here as soon as I can get a clean, appendix-only version from the publisher.

Jeff

UPDATE: Here's a link to <a href="http://www.packtpub.com/files/3117_AppendixC.pdf" rel="nofollow">Appendix C</a>.

Jeff,

Thanks for the book with very valuable information. I'm glad to own the limited edition :)
However as a side note I think something else is also missing: Page 33 refers to an appendix containing "help getting your basic installation up and running". Also page 266 refers to an appendix "high-level instructions for deploying Alfresco and Liferay to the same application server"... Why was this appendix left out?

That's a great story. I picture the scene in "Christmas Vacation" where the Griswold family gathers around Clark as he opens his much-anticipated Christmas bonus check only to find a membership in the Jelly of the Month club.

@Pau,

Thanks for the well wishes. Hopefully you'll find that the time it saves you more than covers the cost of the book. The PDF might be an option to consider as it is less expensive, but I know a lot of people like to have something physical they can flip through.

Hello, when the book price reduces I'll buy the book. It is what developers like me need to make our job easyer and more productive.
I have spent lots of hours searching in the source code, examples and inet basic developing concepts I am sure you book explains easily.

Congratulations for your book.
